Refunds:

- We will process your refund within 1 business days of receiving your returned item(s) in their original condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returns:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Downloadable products (e.g., ebooks)
- Live animals (including chickens and chicks) - due to biosecurity concerns
Order Cancellations:
